After I left Honda, on the way home I noticed the alert lights were on that the tire pressures were low!!! They had just rotated the tires and apparently the tires needed air after that but they didn’t notice that and now I have to make another trip back to Honda to have air put in the tires!!!!

Shauna was fantastic!!!
However, upon arriving to my scheduled appointment she informed me that honda changed their oil change warranty policy. That my oil change will not be covered unless my reminder light is on in my vehicle. This information was NOT provided when I made the appointment. Shauna, however, made sure my oil change was covered since i pay for extended warranty and did not know this information. I wish Honda would do a better job communicating policy changes with their customers. Great job Shauna. Poor job Honda.
