Scheduled oil change for 3:00. I was sitting in the seating at the front of the dealership. At 4:40 I decided to see how much longer. When I walked back I could see my car had been pulled up since it was done. Don't know how long it sat there before I saw it. No one came to tell me and no text. The young lady who checked me out apologized for the wait. Here is the ridiculous part. At about 5:18 after I had been home for a while, I got the automated text that my vehicle was ready to go.
