No issues with the service a=dvisor Danielle, but I had to return because I discovered that the glove compartment door was not replaced correctly after they did the multipoint inspection. It dropped rapidly due to gravity when opened, and it should drop slowly. I returned and they corrected that.

First off, I was diagnosed with cancer late last week and my battery going out and the battery terminal breaking having me at the dealership on one of the few days this week I am not missing work because of inverse boy invasive medical tests was not something helpful at all. Dashuna Young was extremely friendly, worked hard to get me in and out, and the entire process, cost, and experience pleasantly surprised me. Way to go. I did not tell her everything I had goi g on. Booked the appointment 1.5 weeks in advance, was told at the time of booking that the inspection machine was down but it would be back up if I scheduled for later the following week. Chose Saturday morning and showed up for the appointment. Went to the waiting room and was contacted in the waiting room by staff to be told they could not perform my service as the inspection machine was apparently down. A total waste of my time that was absolutely avoidable. To avoid it in the future, inspection machines would need to be assessed prior to customers arriving for appointment.
