The car was repaired, so that’s good. We dropped it off about 3 and did not hear before the end of the day if it was ready to pickup. The least that could be done is a follow up before the end of day to confirm it cannot be picked up and to see if that’s ok with the client.

I was satisfied with the flexibility for loaner to make our trip happen and get our car fixed while away. However when dropping off the car it was uncertain if it was even finished and ready. I had received a text stating it was complete though. Additionally they brought up the wrong vehicle for me to take. I believe it was due to my original servicer being off that day. However I would think these mistakes would not happen even if original servicer is off that day.

My initial experience was spectacular. But when the contract was signed, and the deal was done, all I can say is you guys are flaky. And make too many under the table deals that you obviously don’t have to uphold.
And lied to my father When he asked some questions about the vehicle saying your salesman no longer works there whenever I went there to pick up my car this afternoon and I clearly seen him walking the parking lot just don’t be lying to customers and there family. I bought a lot of cars in my time and I thought wow this was my first experience, not feeling like I was bent over you guys didn’t even bother to spit on it first.
