Had appointment for oil change. Called after five hours to see if car was ready. Said they had texted me a few hours earlier saying it was finished, but they texted the wrong phone number. No apology. Just acted like it was my fault even though I’m 100% certain I gave them the right number at drop off. Also, wiper fluid was bone dry when I dropped off and still empty at pickup, despite the “check” on the multipoint inspection. What a joke. Didn’t expect this from a Honda dealership. Very disappointing.

Repairs took longer than told would take. Wanted to do repairs and service that seemed extravagant for a car of this age. Was told going to need 2 new rear tires only have 33,000 miles on car. Hopefully this new radio will take of problem. The radio before would come and off by itself and change settings multiple times in just short drives.

I was given the car back with a big glowing warning indicating an issue with the remote-less entry system in the center of the gauge cluster. This is after at least two people had been in my car before giving it back to me. I pulled it back in for them to fix. After waiting an additional 20-30 minutes they had fixed it but had left the glove box on the floorboards detached from the dash. I had to again ask them to fix it. They fixed it and I left. For nearly $3k in repairs and 3 days of waiting, more care should have been taken with performing repairs. Also, no effort was made to make things right or apologize for the issues when it was returned to me. With many competing dealerships and service centers in the area, Leta seems to be very lax with making sure they can be the best. I’m not sure if I will return after this experience.
