Service took way too long. Mechanics & service provider went to lunch. I didn’t get to have lunch until my daughter who lives in St. Louis city came to pick me up for a 2:00 lunch. I was not informed that it would take that long & I was not offered a ride anywhere. The mirror job was supposed to be 45 minutes to be 45 minutes it took over an hour. The fluid & filter should have taken 20 minutes. It took at least 2 hours.

I brought our car in for a simple oil change. After Leigha confirmed my information she walked me out to a salesman so he could talk to me about an opportunity. I came in for an oil change, not to be passed off to a sales person. I told them I wasn’t interested. This was really irritating. Why not have a service person ask a customer if they are interested in a car appraisal? Or if they are interested in selling their car or if they are in the market for a new car? Treat your customers with respect and don’t try to hustle them.

My car had things moved, thrown all over it. I had coffee in my coffee cup that was thrown into my backseat, not another cup holder, and the coffee spilled down my seat and all over the floor board in a place that wouldn't normally be noticed without moving the seat. The service representative and everything else about the appointment was great, but I was very disappointed with the condition that my car was left.

We got a loaner as part was back ordered for 30 days though it did not take as long as estimated. Everyone was very nice. We really appreciated the use of the loaner. The air conditioning works great now. I just wish I could have had someone help me sync my phone to car play.
