The person that checked me in was completely fine… However, after that, I was taken to another counter where they were talking to me about trade-in value, which I was never said I was interested in. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for my car to have an oil change, which I already had an appointment for. And then noticed my car was sitting in the parking lot and had to go ask them if it was completed and ask for my keys. I will never be back to this location again

It's a long story. I bought a vehicle from you all about a month ago, should have received the title before I left. I ended up signing a piece of paperwork saying they would mail it to me in a few days. I did a trade and paid cash for the rest) mailed it, Unfortunately they used FedEx. Who lost the title. Roy had to send off for a duplicate title. So after a month with no title and being unable to register this truck. Roy texted me to let me know that they had the new title in hand. So I had to drive all the way back to your dealership this morning to pick it up. On the way there I got a rock chip in the windshield passenger side. So while I was waiting on them to find the title I was explaining this to them and I believe his name is Chris maybe the sales manager I don't know, I asked him if they had anything in the back that they could fix that with to keep it from spreading, and he made that happen, no charge. he sent me back and a very nice young lady took care of it, in a very short amount of time I might add. I was super hungover from a benefit concert I was at from the night before and I Had Bill with me, my little dog with no collar, evryone was super nice about it. And sweet to Bill. I highly recommend you stop using FedEx for any kind of well anything! You have some great folks that work there. Not only did using FedEx cost you guys money, time, and a whole lot of frustration, which definitely cost me a lot of time, and frustration as well. But you got a top notch through there. And I hope to God this is the last vehicle I ever have to buy. But if I do I will definitely come back to your team. Not just your sales your service but your Finance and you're upstairs guys like Roy as well, again top notch.

I tried three other service centers that are closer to where I live, and none could get to me till Tuesday earliest. Your service center set up an appt for me on Monday. I had to bring it in Saturday. They had a loaner for me, and because they had some time they looked at it and repaired it today! My definite new go to for repairs!!!! We worked with Shauna…she was A+.
