I had a bad experience at another Toyota dealer several years ago and never thought I would return. However, when we purchased our new car, it came with Toyota Care so we decided to try a different dealer. I ran into Eric this morning as he was the first service attendant to see me. When I asked about the delay, a customer service representative was very rude to me and told me to just wait! I had a terrible experience with you today!
