Upon receiving my car I noticed the “Maintenance Required” light was still illuminated on my dash. Not happy waited for 3 hours in waiting room till I was all the people after me already left. They forgot about me at all. I told Rich I will be eating in the back of the area. I’m t was supposed to be 1-1.5 hour wait. It is not true it took so long for 5,000 check up on new Toyota Rav 4. The people who left shows me they totally forgot about it me and papers.
