Ana Ochoa is the best. We have been coming to her for all of our service needs on all of our Toyota’s. Not only is she friendly and reliable but she is knowledgeable and a Toyota driver and enthusiast herself. She makes appointments fun and I know she’s going to be honest with me. She’s a true treasure and we are so thankful we know her. Ana Ochoa is a true gem!!

The squeaking of my brakes that I initially inquired about at drop off was never clarified. I was told service would take an hour & a half. It took 20 minutes half hour max, I would have stayed & waited if it was communicated to me before I took an uber, which partially came out of my pocket
