Ana takes care of all my needs to make sure my 4Runner runs perfectly. So many times when repairs were needed, she got me in and provided a loaner car so I wouldn’t be stranded. The vehicle drop off and pick up experience was excellent. A service advisor came to me promptly reviewed the maintenance history of my Toyota Tundra and made recommendations and provide an estimate promptly. The communication and expectations were a match. Upon pick up the invoice payment process and vehicle retrieval with an orange pick up ticket worked flawlessly. I was impressed with these processes. As a lean six sigma trained professional I could appreciate Toyota University’s Kaizen quality processes at work.

The service advisor Ana Ochoa did not inform me that there were other repairs they would recommend and for the amount of time they had my truck they could have repaired everything else. So your company lost money.
