Been here maybe 4-5 times. This was my first time I had to come up to the counter and ask for an ETA since it was taking so long. I waited from 7:30-9:30 and other people that came in after were already done. I finally went to the girl that helped me to ask for an ETA and she said she just got my file. There was literally 4 other files in her hand/ in the finish pile.So technically if I never went up to her it would have been longer. Shes just slower than the other guys. Time management needs improvement

I was happy with the service however I was asked to pay for the service and I did pay for it but then when I went to pick up keys they said why did you pay….because you sent me a link to pay. They said they would get it reimbursed but that was the only thing that I was not 100% happy with.

I suspect that since I only had a recall issue and no service that I was put on the end of the list. I arrived st 10:15 for a 10:30 appt. , but car was not ready until 1:00. It was in for 3 rd seat bolt tightening. Not a time consuming complex repair.
Stephanie Santiago has been my contact in the past. She is very good at followup and keeping me informed of upcoming service.
