I appreciate that you resolved the issue but I was a little surprised that there was a $75 service charge to press a button on the lower left side of the dashboard. Perhaps that’s unfair as you did have to diagnose the cause of the noise but that likely so wasn’t difficult. Just a thought

Service was very smooth.
One small item, I asked an estimate of how long it might take and was told up to 1.5 hours even though it seemed very slow that day. It was actually 30 min which was great, however the estimate given is important. I almost had my wife come pick me up when I was told 1.5 hours. If so my service would have been finished when she showed up.

I went in to the dealer and told them I had bad gas so they drain the tank. Just go go 100 miles and for more water to be in my gas. There is no way the tank even got cleaned all the way out I was told at this new place
