I came in just to have diagnostics done as I explained to the registration person however, when I received an update about my vehicle, the repair had already been made without my approval ,with the repair charge as well. I explained to the lady I was only there for diagnostics and agreed to pay the diagnostics charge. Never told her I wanted to get it fixed today. Never agreed to have it fixed today and pay that full price.

Well, I got there before 9:00 A.M. for my appointment. As it usually takes about a hour or so for an oil change. After 3 hours and watching people leave that came in well behind me. So, I ask the service desk if my truck was about done, he proceeded to check. So after waiting 3 hours, I was told that the service department had overlooked my truck. I missed an appointment I had and I had my kids waiting on me at my house, which was about an hour away. I wasn’t very happy, so I waited almost another hour before it was finished. I was approached by General Manager Charlie Johnson being very apologetic about what had happened. Very very kind he was and explained that the bill was taken care of. Of course, I very much appreciated that and did make that bad experience feel better for sure.He did tell me he would find out what happened. But at the end of the day, we have so much to be thankful for and we all could be in worse shape than waiting 4 hours for an oil change.

I brought my 2024 Rave 4 in because the bottom of the floor of the hatch
Keeps falling in when I put groceries in the back I was told they lowered it
What they did was just put it down like us was doing for the reason I brought it in looks like crap didn’t fix the seat belt issue fix was just needed to keep it buckled or disconnect

. It was just the cost and over 2 1/2 hour wait. I told them there was a short in dome light, wiper blade replaced and “maintenance required” notice needed reset after having oil change 3 days before. The maintenance light wasn’t reset and I was charged $75.00 for the dome light to be ordered.
While I waited another woman that was there a short time was told her car issue was taken care of and the associate (not maintenance) said he was having her car filled with gas because she was on empty.

I’ve been shopping around for a dealer to perform service and repairs on my 2019 Tacoma. I was underwhelmed with Toyota South, and honestly, a little surprised. Not the friendliest place, and two plus hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment? I’ve got a hunch as to why it took so long. I’m not likely to drive another hour back there.
