On 11/18/24 I had a scheduled appointment for my Tundra for a Safety Recall for the sudden loss of tire pressure and to receive the second key and have it programmed. I scheduled this appointment weeks ago and took the day off from work. Today I drove an hour to Richmond for my appointment. I waited several minutes then an employee notified me that the master mechanic is on their hour long lunch break. After over an hour of waiting then the employee came back and stated someone for got order my key. This was a total waste of my day I took off from work and the gas I had to use driving from Mt. Sterling. Someone should have notified me on Friday that my second key had NOT been ordered!
