It took a few weeks to get an appt for the oil change and an hour for them to change the oil. And I think at 10k the tires are supposed to be rotated? And maybe the cabin filter changed? But those things weren't fine or mentioned?

Was randomly called and offered complimentary oil change which i agreed to. I asked how much a tire rotation would cost and was told 35 dollars I agreed to the cost, upon paying was charged 43 dollars . When I questioned it was told due to supplies like what supplies? I understand tax but not supplies for rotation.
