I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00. It was well after 3:00 before my job was finished. I felt like that was a long time for a service. Also, when I spoke to the advisor about an issue I was having with the lift gate of my vehicle, he indicated it was just a simple fix. It just needed to be "reset" and told me how to do the reset. He didn't offer to reset the vehicle. I was at your service center to have my car serviced. I felt like that was something that should have been offered not me being told how to service my vehicle. I finally pushed to have it looked at by the service men and it was found to have issues with the lift motors. I had a 2014 Toyota Highlander previously taken care of by the service department at Toyota South and felt the service department went out of their way to make my experience efficient and satisfactory. I have been back with South the last two visits and left feeling frustrated. The service I received in the past is not the same that I have experienced with this vehicle.
