Excessive wait time for oil change and inspection. Usually 30-45 min. Today it was 2 hrs. No one explained why the wait was so long, or apologized for the long wait. This was a prescheduled appointment, not a walk in.

Love the service personnel- the price of service is really too expensive. Unfortunately I will need to take my vehicle to another place of business with a more affordable price to keep my RAV in great shape. My brakes squeaked and was addresses at my second service under warranty. It continued to squeak but became worse and was reported at this service. I was told they asked the service manager to cover the shaving of the rotors under warranty and it was refused. Was advised they were rusty and it was because i let it set outside and not driven. It is and has always been garage kept and it’s driven every day.
