I think someone lost the paperwork and I was waiting over two hrs when I only needed a tire rotation and I wanted my brake pads checked. But they did apologize and they gave me two free oil changes. I appreciated that.

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, still took over an hour and a half before my vehicle was ready to go. Saw my car parked in the lot before I was notified. Check in/check out said car was ready and key was in the car. It was not. My wife had her key with her. Fortunately I didn't just start the car and drive away.
