I specifically brought my vehicle in for one thing to be fixed and said so when checking in . I feel like I was charged too much for service because of Techs checking other things on my vehicle and using up too much time for something that I could not pay for that day. Maybe I am wrong but I think my vehicle stayed in the back too long and I was overcharged for labor. In all of the years that I have been coming to Lake Charles Toyota I have never felt this way. But.. I still like Lake Charles Toyota regardless of that one day.

Unprofessional, random charges , tried to charge me for a diagnostic for a diagnostic over $700 just to find out what’s wrong with my car , wasted my tow man’s time cost me x2 to go get my truck wasted my time I had to go clear it up will be my last time y’all ever see a vehicle from me (A.W BROUSSARD extremely rude over the phone with an female attitude.
