This was the best service I’ve experienced from any dealership. Mike Guillory was a great Advisor. From the initial call, finding out I had a major component that needed replacing. He very quickly and efficiently handled the warranty process for me. Kept me updated and he never minded me asking additional questions. A great experience with excellent customer service. There were some moments during the initial drop-off interaction where I felt like my service advisor was not the kindest. I am a woman and know little about the maintenance of my vehicle but did not fully appreciate the tone of voice he used to address me. I wish that a thorough explanation would have been provided to me regarding why my drivers side front door is not unlocking and locking properly instead of a quota price to fix it.
