I am from Jennings so I left a little early for my 10 am appointment. I pulled up at 9:40ish am. I did not get my vehicle back till approximately 12:05 for a simple oil change. I was very disappointed that I waited 2 hrs and 25 minutes. It should not have taken that long with an appointment.

Brandt is a great service personnel, however Lake Charles Toyota is terrible!!! This dealership does not appreciate customers who have been dealing with Toyota Lake Charles dealerships over 40 years. This dealership is run by a bunch of lucky little twerps” who have been lucky enough to have been born into prosperity. I am consulting with an attorney by the name of Christian D. Chesson to handle this matter.
