My original appointment was for an oil change. I was suggested, via the app, that I needed new breaks. I agreed. 2 hours later without an update, I went to talk to Mrs Kareline. She was not at her desk. I was told to stand by her desk and wait for her. When she returned, we walked right past me even know she knew I was her customer, never acknowledged my presence, made two calls in front me of and ignored me. I had to get the front desk receptionist to get her to help me. I was then informed that I needed new rotors, adding to an already additionally expensive maintenance that I was trapped into purchasing now and not financially prepared for. She never apologized for springing this surprise cost on me nor for the OVER 5 hour wait I had for my vehicle. Not once was I offered a ride off campus nor was I ever approached personally with anything regarding my vehicle. I had to seek out information on it after many hours of silence and zero updates. I can’t say I’ll ever be back after having an entire day wasted waiting and financially ambushed. Other guests were asked by their service reps if they wanted rides or rental vehicles because their vehicle would be a few hours. I had to sit for 5 hours without any regard or respect for my time or concerns. I had no idea my maintenance was going take any extended period of time.

All and all I was completely satisfied with the service department. I had also spoken to a sales rep and the custom personnel over the tires I’ll need on my next visit. Each person was overwhelming helpful.
