I was a little disappointed as it took over 3 hours for my car to be ready.
I only brought it in for Oil Change. This was the first time I’ve had to wait that long. Other than that, the people are Awesome as usual.

This visit I walk out a little up set. I wasn't told prior that I didn't need an oil change or asked if I wanted to have my tires rotated. I'm assuming they just top the oil not 100% sure because nothing was stated on the paperwork. The sticker stated it was time to change my oil so therefore an appointment was made. I definitely wouldn't have waited almost two hours for a tire rotation I hadn't agreed upon. It's not a major issue but I value my time especially on my spring break.

I brought in my wife’s 4 Runner for what seemed like a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had my 8 month old son with me. After the service completion, we got in the vehicle and proceeded to exit the Toyota premises. About a minute after getting on the road I started hearing a very loud noise coming from under the vehicle. I was able to come to a stop at a business nearby to examine what was making the loud noise. It turns out the metal covering over the oil pan had partially detached and was dragging under the vehicle. I was able to remove the metal piece with the help of a nice man. I went back to Toyota and they fixed the issue. My service advisor was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and helped remedy the situation with the mechanics. I would recommend her to anyone. However, it does leave some doubts in mine and my wife’s mind about the quality of service at Toyota. Overall, I’m very disappointed that Toyota mechanics failed to properly bolt down the oil pan cover after completing the oil change and I’m lucky further damage to my vehicle did not occur.

After a four and a half hour drive from texas and upon discovering that we had an oil leak we located this dealership. Upon arrival, our service advisor met with us. James was extremely helpful, explained what they were going to do and had to explore the issue before making a determination on what they were going to do and make certain that we were a priority. He kept us informed of what they found and the status of the vehicle. We are extremely appreciative of james, the service technician and the dealership.

I brought my truck in to specifically find out if the front passenger hub could be adjusted to not hit the wheel sensor. This was causing a code on my dash. After they inspected the whole truck they came up with $6700 to fix all kinds of other issues including the one thing i actually asked to check out. Then I had to pay $75 bc the tech did a 100 point inspection instead of the simple service i asked for.
