I love Toyota service after the sale. Each advisor work together. I brought two vehicles in and was assigned to different reps but I wanted to work with Michael and didn’t want to offend anyone. Michael assured me it would not be a problem.

Your text system to notify customers wasn’t working properly. I checked in at 2:54pm and was still waiting in the lobby until a lady came and got me. She rang me up and told me my total was over $400. I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation. She was super helpful and apologetic for the mistake. She could see that my car was finished and checked me out. She sent me the recommendation report for an air filter change (which I would have done had I known sooner) and that I need new tires soon. I’m not really complaining. Just wanted you to be aware.
