There’s no need for a contact. I had an 8:30 tire rotation and it was 9:46 before I heard anything. That’s a sign that there were too many appointments booked at one time. The last two times I’ve gone in have been the same. My oil change was booked at the end of the day and it took almost 2 hours. I love the dealership and service but am getting tired of the lengthy waits for routine things.

I brought my Tacoma in several weeks ago for a cruise control problem. After paying over $76 I was told a brake light switch needed to be changed for $250. After saving up, I brought it back and paid $380 to diagnose the problem again and you found it needed a spiral cable. My $250 repair turned into $600 repair. This appears to be a bait and switch and a very poor look for Lake Charles Toyota. In the end, I was looking at a $600 invoice with $250 in my pocket. I am afraid about the next time I need service.
