For the past 6 years, Michael has been a wonderful consultant on our Avalon's service work. He has been knowledgable and fair in working with us. We will attempt to return to him as we are able in the future. Toyoto does not offer a plugable hybred in the size care my wife wanted, so we have reluctantly purchased a Lexus RX. We hope to return to Lake Charles Toyoto in the future.

When I got there, I had to wait 11 minutes my service guy never came to my car I had to ask for help. I never spoke to anyone about what my car was being serviced for. They ended up rotating my tires which is not what I wanted. Then when I got home I got a call from my service guy saying they forgot to put my tire cap back on my tire. Not a good experience today with Toyota.
