Price to change the negative battery terminal is ridiculous. That sensor connect to the terminal should not be there. It is a rip off.

My service advisor, Blue Manuel, did an outstanding job explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. But whoever worked on my truck and drove it, did not have that same level of care or pride. My driver’s seat was left very greasy and filthy. And it took me 10 minutes to locate the key fob because the porter dropped it in the black hole between the seat and the console.
A+ for my Service Advisor.
Not so much for the service technician and porter.

When I checked in, the writer was confused as the car was still listed in your system under the previous owner. She copied the information from my bill of sale and assured me that it was now correct. I arrived for a 10:30 oil change appointment. At 12:45 I checked my writer’s desk and she wasn’t in. Checking back a few minutes later, she was in and told me that the inspection report had gone out earlier and she had just sent the ready message at 12:47. I never received either message as they had gone to my wife’s phone. Her number is not on the records for this car and I thought we had cleared up the confusion earlier. Two and a half hours for a scheduled oil change is a little long, and I did verify that my number was correct on the 10:30 check in. The writer was professional and courteous, but something is wrong with your service.
