I called Matt this morning to ask about getting a new battery and he fit me into today’s schedule. He got me in and out as quick as he could and I am very grateful. Lake Charles Toyota and employees always go above and beyond and truly have raised my expectations. Side note: I was out of town in February when I had a flat tire and I ended up at a dealership in Ruston. Needless to say they didn’t meet my expectations and didn’t really want to help me at all with a tire claim and I ended up asking LC Toyota to finish the claim for me and Brandt came through for me!!
