I was told of things that needed to be replaced on my vehicle and was led to believe there was a sense of urgency to get these things done. I declined several of them and went to a different auto repair location and was told those things were not necessary at this time so I feel there was the intent to sell things that were not necessary.

My new service advisor is absolutely the worst one I’ve had yet. I’ve purchased two brand new cars from you as well as my mother and we absolutely love Toyota Lake Charles. However… Andrea doesn’t return the ANY calls … very ugly, nasty attitude.. She acts very bothered when I ask for something.. when I know for a fact that my warranty is covered for my service on what I’m needing.. nobody needs to contact me. I did get in touch with Wool he got me all taken care of with someone else. But I would definitely appreciate a new service advisor. Thanks in advance.
