Andrea was so amazing with the way she explained each of the mechanical issues (tires and sensors) and how she kept me updated through the process. I love your service department and the whole dealership is the best !

I realize the world is full of impatient people, and at times I am one of them. However, I felt it quite unacceptable to have waited approximately 21 minutes for my service advisor. After waiting for 10 minutes in and near my vehicle, I asked the young man at the podium (who chalked my arrival time on my window) if I could go ahead inside to the waiting area and have a seat. He said no, that I needed to wait for my service advisor because he would have questions. Well, the question (the SINGLE question) was, “How many miles are on the vehicle.” Really? I had to provide that information? Why? When it’s clearly visible on the dashboard. Definitely disappointed with my visit today.

Highly recommended Angela Mancilla, Amazing communication, and explaining. Explain to me everything that would be done to my vehicle at services , and when I got my vehicle back , I ask her about any recommendations she would give me on paint chip, and was told about a pen . I am glad that I was helped by the service manager today but it should not have had me to go in and talk to him about the continuous issue I had had with the air conditioning. And with Nicole saying well as old as that truck is your going to have problems since I take my truck to get worked on there that did not say much about the service for that truck since yall are the ONLY people that work on it. I like my truck and it is in still great shape for as old as it is and I want to keep it its my choice if yall keep to up. Just because something gets old doesn't mean you have to get a new one. I remember a promise I made to myself when I got my first care in 1977 if I by a car I am going to try to keep it as long as I can. A rich man or women knows the value of a good truck. It's part of me as my hand or leg. Because without out it I can't work and without it I can't walk.

Barton was not there today. The last 3 hours of my time there today I was at the edge of the seat being told that they were almost done with my vehicle. Then they tried to hit me with an extra $540 to be paid when I was expecting to be paying between $100 and $150 for an alignment. They better not be expecting to get another Penny out of my pocket
