Spent 20 minutes sitting in line to be checked in by the service advisor because she was **** on phone.
Another advisor should have been assigned.
Also when I got in line the person ahead of me was having a vehicle inspection done, which takes far longer than a check in. At least 5 cars in the line to my left got checked in while I waited for the inspection to be done. Inspections should be done in a different place, or I least I should have been moved to the other line.
Gas costs too much to sit idling waiting for 20 minutes.
