What determines when we get a car wash? Sometimes I do and other times I don’t. I can’t figure it out.
Michael is great. You might need to change the management of your service department so you can keep good help. One basic rule is you get what you pay for so if you don’t pay them a decent wage, you’re not gonna keep the best guys.
