Brandt was very helpful and did a great job. He claimed my truck was fine back to normal but I dont feel like it is. The steering is still stiff and wasnt this stiff whenever I bought the truck. Wouldn't have bought the truck if the steering would've been this stiff from the beginning. The warranty i had shouldve covered the cost of the new pump. I had to spend a lot of money for the truck to feel the complete same. I dont feel like I wws treated fairly on the warranty

I have been having a concern about loud noises at times when I start my car that has been going on for several months. I sounds like ther is something dragging on the ground behind the car. Also there is noise at times when I turn a corner but they cannot find what’s causing this. Also I have been in several times to check my tires and now they say I need to new tires. I had them checked them often. So I do not know what else I can do.

On original day of appt only notification I received was about check in. I was there from 945 I till 2:30 for tire rotation Was supposed to have technical aide see about rear tailgate byrt at 2:30 they still hadn’t seen about it. I had to leave to get kids from school. Would have been nice to have some communication in between instead of waiting that long and having to come back.

Last week I went in to LC Toyota for a routine oil change and mentioned that I had received a recall notice for my vehicle. She told me that at that time they did not have the parts to complete the recall and that I would need to return and reschedule for another day. Today I drove 1 hour and had my appointment to change the recall. After waiting for OVER an hour she calls to tell me that they did not have the correct parts to complete the replacement for the recall. This is not only an oversight but very poor customer service. When I asked about receiving at least a free car wash for my vehicle the customer service representative said that it cost $10.
