Good service as always.

Main thing is the turn around time. It took 25 minutes to get checked in. I got there at 9:00 for 9:15 appointment and left around 11:40. I had a tire rotation and got new clasps on my mud flaps.

Good job your the only one I found that can balance over sized tires correctly. Little slow. Service advisor great.

TBH I wasn’t going to leave a review of any sort but I was upset that I was told I needed a new tire for $700+ when I brought it to southern tire I received a $25 patch. It was not a sidewall patch issue either so I’m a little salty about that situation. Other than that I enjoyed the experience at your facility and the personnel treated me well.

Angela has assisted me in the past numerous times. She is always polite, answers all my questions, and is prompt with providing updates on when my vehicle would be ready. She always does a great job!!

I had an appointment at 10:30 and needed an oil change, tire rotation and possibly tires. I was entire to Houston from Kaplan and felt this would the opportune time to get this done. I assumed it would take about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival it took about 20minutes for-the advisor to come outside but I thought oh well they are very busy so I will be patient. After checking things out it was found that I did indeed need two new tires, so I gave permission to do that. (How long could that take?) After hours on end I patiently waited. At 2:52 pm (4.5 hours after my arrival), I received a text saying my car was ready. I then proceeded to pay my bill and went out to the car pickup area and waited with my grandchildren for my car. The guys at the service desk were kind of goofing off while I was waiting. About 23 minutes later after the outside service guys kind of left, one of them came over and asked if I was waiting for my car. I replied that I was and he asked for my receipt which I handed to him. He proceeded to check on things and walked to the area where finished cars are parked and lo and behold my car was parked there . (I wonder for how long) I actually got into my car and began my trip about 3:30. I was so disappointed in the service in general. We have been so satisfied with y’all up to this point. This day was quite a let down.

Brought it in for an active spoiler alert, but was told that it wasn't the computer, it was a module causing the issue. Sorry, but after speaking with several people on my Tundra forum with the same issues. They either work or not,but not showing up and disappearing

You have your customers make an appointment. After getting there at the appointment time, I was there 21/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I shouldn’t have to wait that long. You need to do a better job making appointments. No complaints about Gavin Guillory. He was very professional.
