Barton was great. For some honest feedback, the wait time was unacceptable. My appointment was for 11:15am and my vehicle wasn’t ready until 1pm.

Brandt did not deliver the same service experience I am familiar with at Toyota for generations and decades. He was not rude, he was professional, but a poor communicator and did not follow up. Yvonne was awesome. I made a few big scheduling changes that were not included in the original request. She was able to add a full brake job (front and rear) to the order - they got all of the work done in a 1/2 day and kept me updated on inspection status and price changes throughout. This saved me a day of car rental by finishing on same day as the modified request, despite multiple power outages. She worked right up until closing time to get me out the door. Awesome job.

Wrong part was ordered . I took off work to have it put in . And now I have to wait for the correct part to come in. I will have to take off another day to bring my car back to Toyota to have it installed . And I’m really upset that there is no longer a shuttle service . We have jobs and lives . I had to pay for Lyft 2 times today . To still not have my car fixed.

I understand I arrived about 30 mins early. But my car was brought to the back around 5pm. I nevered received a check in message, but I did hear my keys with the tech talking to the lady at the concessions counter. He walked away with nothing. I feel my service was rushed I got my recommendation while I was getting my documents to leave. That's when i received a message. I was very unpleased with my service.
