Your service department was superior to what I've experienced in the past at other places. However and I know this is probably not the place to state but I did go over to your car wash and I was very dissatisfied with the lack of receipt from my credit card usage that I did not receive from them. The young lady at the entry forgot to ask and did not print one the manager stated that the computer was locked up and that he would have to hand write me 1 this is unacceptable.
