Well, this would probably be the first time so let me start with that. Your team was wonderful as always, but it took an abnormally long time to get my tires rotated today. I arrived at 11:40 for an 1145 appointment and I left at 2:15. The staff was attentive and apologetic, so I wonder if this overload in service today was because people without appointments were allowed to jump in and cause delays?
James, Tony, the guy who sits behind James, and Ale, all provided excellent customer service.
