Had my tires rotated and the air pressure was not even on all 4 tires. I Had to add air to one. Also I asked them to look at my windshield washer the left side was not spraying. He said I would have to make another appointment and bring it to other shop but He said he would have them check it. They did not. It was a simple clogged sprayer. I used a needle to unclog it. Glad I didn’t spend the extra 70. In customer service doing the little things matter. It certainly would have made a difference for this survey.
