When I made the appointment for an oil change, the info I received said it would cost $69.99, up to 6 quarts. I was charged $94 and when I questioned the amount, James told me my car took 8 quarts of oil and that was why it was more. I looked up the oil capacity on my vehicle and it only holds 5.8 quarts. I was overcharged!

Normally when I go to Toyota to get service on my vehicle, the staff is always very professional and they always grab me out the lobby whenever my car is ready. I waited two hours today for my service after my advisor told me it would be less than an hour wait. I had approached my advisor because I saw my car sitting in the parking lot for thirty minutes after they had finished working on it. He was sitting around talking to his co-workers. I asked him how much longer and he said “Give me a minute” and walked away. He came back a couple minutes later and payed me out. The total was 109 dollars and some change and I gave him a coupon that I got in the mail for an oil change. He took it and only took $5 off my total when a lot more should have been taken off. I would have taken my coupon back and used it elsewhere if I had known only five dollars was going to be taken off. He wasn’t very professional and I’m very disappointed with my experience.
