Recommended services for over $2000 of work although most were already completed at previous visits to another dealer. This was my first time in for service at your location. The service advisor acknowledged and explained the problem of not having access to previous visits and service history. Recommend the technician has a conversation with the owner of offer to contact a previous dealership to discuss the history. The service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable and this problem is above his level to fix.
