I called Blue last week and spoke to home on the phone about my concerns regarding my vehicle. He made an appointment for me and when I arrived he promptly greeted me. I listened to what I had to say, he watched as I showed him my concerns about my vehicle. He was truthful and honest in telling me he had never seen this problem before. Blue checked my vehicle in and immediately went and began talking to the foreman and technicians in the back. Blue came and met me in the front with the information to fix my truck and was honest as to not being sure on how long it would take. Blue worked with me and was able to get everything fixed today so I did not have to come back for a second appointment. My hats off to him for his help.
