Best service, cleanliness, and atmosphere

I purchased two accessories with your dealership and made the service appointment with a representative for a later date to have both accessories installed. Well, when I arrived today Blu only showed an install for one accessory (not a big deal, he just added the other to the appointment) and he asked if I was given a cost for what the labor would cost for installation. Monica in parts did in fact write the labor cost on a card for me when I purchased the accessories but I feel as a service advisor at a reputable dealership, that question should not be asked to the customer. But I went ahead and handed Blu the card with the prices that I was given from Monica. When I returned to pickup my vehicle the price I was given was a total including the accessories I had to purchase prior to even scheduling an appointment. I informed him the price couldn’t be correct then he explained it included the parts and labor so I told him I had to pay for the accessories before they’d even order them. He ran to parts and came back to his desk with the corrected invoice. I say all of this to say we indeed had a few hiccups today (I would assume these purchases would have shown up under my vehicle to an advisor so they’d be aware prior to the appointment) but Blu was very polite, patient and professional throughout the entire process and he was a very nice person to work with. Very great experience with him as a person and his customer service skills..
