Once again made an appointment.. My “advisor” took 15 min to get to my car after being called many times by his coworkers… After being assured it wouldn’t be more than an hour and 10 min we went to wait. I never heard from him again. After 2 hrs I went looking. I got an oops, not sure why that happened. This “happens” every time I come. Maybe it’s because I give feedback. Idk, but if I’m to make an appointment I expect to have the same consideration. And, I’m still not sure why a simple oil change is taking over an hr , with an appointment. Something needs to change. This is very frustrating. I have a toddler with me through this. I value my time, as a business you should understand that.

Although I was on time for my appointment, I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Then I went to find my service advisor to see why it was taking so long only to discover she was at lunch. Another person checked and my car was ready. There were two service recommendations for my car but I declined both since I had already waited 2 hours for oil change and I didn't have any more time to wait.
Only 3 people in waiting room when I got there. Then the waiting room got fuller. Then back down to a few people. That's when I decided to check on my car
Being the nice patient customer doesn't pay.
Shame on my advisor and shame on Lake Charles Toyota.

The skid pan fell down about a half mile down the road which I could not drive it. This was a good thing that it happened not far from the dealership. The other good thing was the fast response it took to bring someone to fix the problem on the spot. I know things happen and I will continue to do service with you.
