Absolutely, I am glad I rediscovered your dealership and the Toyota brand. Because of the excellent service and professionalism of the staff, not to mention the great product. I plan to purchase another Toyota for my wife’s SUV needs. We really like the Nissan Pathfinder, but the auto maker and dealership are not meeting our needs. I am looking at the Highlander next. I feel so confident in your dealership, that I am also looking for a Corolla for my daughter’s next car. Keep up the good service, you are definitely winning us over.

GREAT SERVICE!! HELPFUL ADVISOR & COURTEOUS STAFF & CLEAN FACILITIES W A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. ONE OF THE MOST IMPRESSIVE FEATURES WAS THE ABILITY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT QUICKLY (and not have to wait several weeks) & MY CAR WAS SERVICED IN A TIMELY MANNER!! MY ADVISOR IS VERY HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE & A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THE CARWASH STAFF WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT. AFTER GETTING CAR SERVICED I WENT TO WASH IT.. THAT'S SO CONVENIENT & IT DOES A GREAT JOB! I NOTICED MY CAR WARN ME THAT MY KEY FOB BATTERY WAS LOW. BACK TO LCT...& ONE OF THE OUTSIDE GREETERS CHEERFULLY HELPED ME TO DETERMINE WHICH ONE NEEDED REPLACING. THE PARTS DESK STAFF IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. A GENUINELY GOOD POE THAT VALUES ITS ASSOCIATES & PAYS WELL ALONG WITH PROVIDING GOOD BENEFITS IS REFLECTED IN ITS STAFF. HIGH TURNOVER RATES ARE A TURN-OFF BC IT PORTRAYS AN UNCARING, GREEDY MINDSET WHICH IS REFLECTED IN ITS STAFF. WE'VE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM LCT & HAVE HAD GREAT RESULTS FROM THE VEHICLES AND THE STAFF. OUR 2008 TUNDRA IS STILL GOING STRONG WITH OVER 200K MILES ON IT. I was under the impression that parts were in stock at the dealership. Only after waiting for nearly two hours was I informed that they agreed I knew what I was talking about about but the parts were on order. Now I have to make a second trip and loose another half day of work.

Angela’s customer service was impeccable! It was the wait of the service that had me very disappointed. To say that I had a scheduled appointment for 12:30 & didn’t leave til after 2:30 was a bit much for me. I’ve always had a great experience at Toyota but this time was not one. I thought the reason for scheduling appointments is so that it won’t take this long. Looking forward for a better experience next time or at least inform your customers that it’s going to be a longer wait time than normal. Thanks
