Matthew was friendly and awesome! He even had them correct issue I had from last week when I got new tires installed- last week they put all of my wheel covers on incorrectly and I couldn't get the caps off or check tire pressure. Thanks, Matt! Great job! Great service!

I love Toyota, but I really miss the other manager. For the first time ever, I just did not feel like family and that I was truly taken care of. Each service this guy asks me questions as if it isn't in the system already. He appeared just as lost as I was and as a single mother, He doesn't go the extra mile as many of the others have done. I need some reassurance & support about my vehicle. The environment is different with this new crew and it needs to return back to what Toyota is known best for: CUSTOMER SERVICE.
