Vehicle had oil/greasy hand prints all over dash, doors and front passenger seat along with someone crushed my hat and left oily/greasy prints on the hat. Unacceptable. This issue was handled by my service provider as well as Christian Tarver when I let them know. If you need photos I will have them available.

Today’s visit was the 4th time that the tech that serviced the car left the vacuum hose on the engine unplugged. All it takes is a visual observation of the engine bay before closing the hood and saying the car is ready. One time leaving it undone may be understandable but 4 times in a row, give me a break. There’s no excuse for this kind of work from someone that is supposed to be a professional.
