I was told they were running behind but I had been there 90 minutes when I got a text my car was being looked at. At 1:14 I received the text about the issues to be fixed which I submitted right away. 30 minutes later I get a text saying they will start on it. I went to the counter to see why the delay and was told he had just gotten back to his desk. After another 20 minutes the car was done. It took 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, 2 bulbs to be changed and 2 filters to be replaced. I understand everyone has a lunch break, but I don’t think the customer should have to wait for the team member to get back before the work order is submitted.
