I waited 2-1/2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection sticker.
I finally went in to find my advisor only to find out that she was not there and that my truck was ready. No telling how long I would have continued to wait had I not gone in.
The young man who helped me was very nice and apologetic for my wait.
