Tailgate didn’t automatically lock as it’s supposed to. They changed a fuse, but it still doesn’t work.

I have been misled by LC Toyota 3 times. I’ve brought my vehicle in for recall service twice now and another is required. The intentional misleading statements concerning the second fob must be a deliberate managerial decision because no service department could be this ineffective without guidance from upper management. Twice I’ve been told the parts are in for my vehicles recall problems and twice that has been wrong. Today I was told I would be called when the part is available. I’m not holding my breath. I was there for two hours today and all I received was the second fob, more than a full year after I purchase the truck.
